This is a conversation about judging your body and having limiting or over indulging habits with food. We all have bodies, and we all have to eat food.
It is necessary to take a look at what type of relationships are being created with food and body - these relationships define your relationships with both self and others. Having dealt with disordered eating and chronic illness (& still do), I can't say enough about the importance of having space to look within and understand our relationships to {everything} in our lives. |
